I don't think its that good actually. Having zero power means they won't be blocking it. At best its a Loyal Sentry. There are too many better options at W for this card to be good.

Right. Which makes it exactly like Loyal Sentry -1 power. My point is, this card isn't as good as any other white one drop you could be playing. If you want creatures, Savannah Lions/Elite Vanguard, Hada Freeblade, Isamaru, etc, are all much better. If you want removal, Swords to Plowshares and Path both easily trump this card.

yeah but i dont play against white i play against green (moatly)so i dont have any worry of those cards to begain with

so? his point is that Abu Ja'Far isn't good because at its best it is strictly worse than Loyal Sentry. which isn't quite true because you can put a Lure on it, but really at that point you're better off with just a Wrath of God.
