that or i can go on my instinct which says that you make good mtg decks and have thus made one. plus i've played b/r goblin, i know what it's mainly about

for starters, your deck only has 52 cards. that needs to be fixed.
for seconds, many of your creatures are not very aggressive, which is a huge downside in a deck like this. pretty much, if it costs more than 1 and has less than 2 power you should prolaby ditch it. for the most part, even the 1-drops with 1 power should go. it's just too little to be worth a card. beyond that, it's your call, but really your 3 and 4 drops should be pulling a lot of weight, and Goblin Snowman really doesn't do that, nor does Fire Fiend. also, what do you Harbinger for? because none of your creatures are particularly individually exciting, which makes it largely just a 3-mana 2/1, which isn't great. I mean, it does guarantee that your next draw is another threat, so that's something, but if you don't have specific good targets then you prolaby want something different.
about the non-creatures, Timecrafting doesn't work on planeswalkers. they use loyalty counters, not time counters. Midnight Charm doesn't do much of anything most of the time. you'd be better off with another brute force. Fatal Attraction is a fairly poor removal piece. you're better off with flame slash. Breath of Malfegor is practically worthless. it costs more than anything else you run and does less than most. Accelerate is rarely going to be very helpful when you're largely casting it on 2/2s and the like. Word of Binding seems worse than some form of real removal. and Rakdos Signet? what's it for? you have two 4-drops. you would much rather have some 2-power dude on turn two every single time.
PS: also why is this even a goblin deck? your only "lords" are turncoat, which is pretty bland, and harbinger, which doesn't need you to run a lot. have you considered something like Goblin Chieftain or Goblin King?

yeah i know those things but the problem is is that i dont have the cards or they would be in there or the deck s for low attack low mana, meaniog typicaly that either they get some mana accel or they are deadd befroe they can defend from the lower attack
